I'll reply for David as he's left the list.

    VFT is not a good plant to try fertilizers on. It's rather touchy, but
then nearly all seedlings are. It is far more important to give them seeds
the correct conditions then worry about fertilizers at this point. These
plants are dicots, which basically means the embryos have a plant version of
a yolk sack.
So they should have enough food to get them through their first, most
tender, stage of growth.
