The photograph shows a large number of plants all raised from seed. These have been grown in peat/sand compost and germination required high temperatures (25 degC +) and high humidity. Thus these tropical Australian Drosera are not that difficult to raise from seed.
The plants are an erect form of Drosera petiolaris which produces a very fine and spindly stem. Dropper roots are produced when the plant starts to topple over when the stem can no longer support the weight of the plant.
