Another species of the section Orcheosanthus is Pinguicula rectifolia .Like all the other species of this section it is a tropical-heterophyllous butterwort from Mexico. winter leaves are like P. moranensis, but summer leaves are smaller in size and more lanceolate. They are not laying flat on the ground but are more erect. Flowers appear together with the first appearing summer leaves (in cultivation). Keep the plants like P. moranensis.
