Origin of depicted specimens: France, Dépt. Isère, between Goncelin et Sollières, NE of Grenoble, 700 m, loamy limestone soil, collected by myself May 28, 1970. At the sites of P. grandifl. subsp. rosea the 'normal' P. grandiflora is not found. The spur of P. grandifl. subsp. rosea is 1-3 mm shorter than the spur of P. grandiflora and f. pallida.
