Hi yet again!
Hey, these really are separate topics :-)! I had/have a problem with
weevils in one of my Sarr pots. I first noticed the damage when some
of the pitchers had round holes chewed out of the side of the wing.
By coincidence, the local paper ran an article stating that this type
of leaf damage was often caused by weevils and it went on about how
to catch them. Anyways, I've removed 3 weevils currently from the
pot, and hopefully that's it, but I'm wondering if they do damage to
the rhizome of the plants as well, or if they just attack the leaves?
Also, how do weevils get around? I'm just wondering why they're only
in this one pot, and not in any of the other Sarrs...yet!
Thanks in advance!
Chris
