Hi guy's
Thank-you Ric, John & Beth for your methods of collecting and
storing pollen.
It seems that freezing is the best method.
I've made some little sachets from tin foil and brushed the pollen, with an
artists paint-brush, into them.Then I placed the sachets in a re-sealable
plastic bag, labelled it (N.talangensis) and placed it in my freezer.I'll let
you know the results.
I think the frozen pollen bank in New Zealand is a great idea....I'm going
to propose
it to my fellow growers here in the U.K.!!!!!!!
Best Wishes
Paul
