Subject: Sarracenia sprouts

They are in sealed plastic containers under fluorescent lights for 16
hours. Sown and growing on living spaghnum.
Any advice about keeping them alive would be appreciated. Damp off, when
do I open the containers up, which fungicide to apply when and how, etc.

Yes, I know they take five years to mature.
