Hello Everyone,
The conference was great! For me the main highlight
was just meeting everyone. I was very impressed with
the speakers and sat there stunned due to sensory
overload during some of the slide shows which were
truly increadible. Good job everyone, thank you!
I spoke on tissue culture and promised an
information sheet to those attending. It includes
links, listserves, suppliers and publications. It does
not contain anything that one couldn't find by
punching away at a search engine, but it does serve to
save time and put a few together. It will get you in
the right direction if you are interested in learning
more on the subject. I would be more than happy to
send it to anyone interested. Simply send me an e-mail
and I'll send it off as an attached Microsoft Word
file or I'll paste it in, whichever you prefer.
I was also happy to introduce the D. muscipula
'Red Piranha' to everyone there at the auction. I
really appreciate all of the complements, thank you! I
promise I'll bring more plants next time.
