Hi Chuck, and All, I would not bother misting an outdoor bog for
several reasons, here are two; 1) If the bog is wet enough it
will create its own humidity anyway as the water evaporates in
the warm/hot weather. 2)The hard water used to mist the plants
and peat will contain minerals which will precipitate out of the
water as it evaporates and be left in the peat and therefore
eventually affecting your plants. The basic thing to remember
is that evaporated water, like steam, is basically pure water
and so what ever is in the water beforehand has to go somewhere.
