Subject: Repotting in Summer

I wanted to order some plants over the Internet that would be shipped bare
rooted this summer. (Darlingtonia and Cephalotus) Is it safe to order them
now a pot them up this summer? Should I treat them with Superthrive if I do
it this summer?
