Dear List, Drosera schizandra is very different in appearance to D.
prolifera and D.adelae to which it is closely related. It is a much
larger plant than the other two growing to form rosettes about 20 cm
diameter and has a very different leaf shape. I have seen colonies
of many thousands of plants with the only variability being plant
size, the smaller ones restricted by overcrowding. I have placed a
photograph of some plants of Drosera schizandra growing in the wild
on my web site. Please click here to have a look at Drosera
schizandra. Flora Laboratories
