Here's Charles Clarke's statement from one month ago:

"Estimated effective publication date for "Nepenthes of Sumatra and
Peninsular Malaysia" is now January 2001 so delivery would be
expected in February. Let's hope the best!

There's no decision yet on the question if there will be a limited
edition (signed, special slipcase) in addition to the regular one.
The print run (number of copies) will be a lot smaller than with
"Nepenthes of Borneo" and both paper and colour techniques used
will be even superior to the first volume. However, this means
that the price (no price info given yet) will most likely be higher
as well. I keep you updated!"
