Subject: ICPS Seed Bank

The ICPS seed bank is in full swing at
http://www.carnivorousplants.org/. To order seed from the seed bank,
you must be a member of the International Carnivorous Plant Society.
Seed packets are $1 each plus $2 postage and handling for each order.
As you would guess from the low prices and restrictions on number of
packets, you won't get enough seed for commercial production. The
idea is to give you enough seed to get a good start.

If you are in a position to collect seeds from your plants, check out
the page on donating seed. The most popular items are Nepenthes
species and anything else uncommon. If you have plants in bloom,
think naughty thoughts and make some seeds for the seed bank. You
get credit toward seed you want with your seed donations and you get
extra credit of free shipping for clean seed.

All profits from the seed bank go toward ICPS conservation and
education programs.
