Interesting thread about tannins in water. Makes me wonder if I should
discontinue using rain water for my Sarracenias and go to the Waccamaw River
and get their water. The Waccamaw is brown with tannins and has many cypress
trees.

My plants are beautiful and doing well with the rain water. Just wondering
if the river water would bring on more intense coloration?
