Ron, The ASIN number stands for "Amazon Standard Item Number" on
Amazon.com. For books, the ASIN is identical to the ISBN. However,
when I went to Amazon.com and searched on the number, the record that
comes up contains no more that the title and the fact that it's out of
print. Perhaps they can tell you more. I could not locate the ISBN in
any library catalogs I have access to.
