John,

Mine is in a specially constructed grow room, which is lit by a 400W
Sodium lamp and a 400W metal halide. Temperature is 15C min. and 25C
max. at the moment. In the summer this rises by about 5-7C. Humidity is
at about 80-95% but air movement is good (i.e. no condensation).

The plant was well established when I bought it, which probably accounts
for a lot of the success I have had with it.
