Hey folks,

Are you itching to see the December CPN? I certainly am! I just called the
ICPS printer and found that the issues HAVE been mailed. They were mailed
on 12 December from California. So, while they are delayed, they are on
the way...

(Actually, I really am sorry they are so late this quarter---I usually
like to see them mailed on the first of the month. Alas. The March issue
should be on time.)
