I STILL haven't received my new CPN either.
Bob Ziemer used to compile a list of names with the species each was
growing. The way he did it was to list the grower's names and addresses
in the first half, numbering them in alphabetical order. The second
half consisted of CP species, each species listed the numbers associated
with the person who was growing that species. There would be a circle
around the number if the person had that species for trade, an
underlined number meant the grower had seed of that species to offer,
etc.
