I think some time ago, I already posted you how to differentiate the two
species.
Again,
_P.esseriana has light whitish pink flowers with the upper lip forming a
distinct angle with the lower one.
_P.ehlersiae_ has darker reddish pink (purplish) flowers with upper and
lower lips in one plane.
In addition to this you can check the hairs on the pedicels and their density.
Compare them with the scape of e.g. _P.moranensis_. Do you see any difference?
