Well, I believe that planchonii is now either a sub-species of or
incorporated into macrantha, but (true to form) I still use the
"original" name. This is (to my knowledge) the only climbing "rainbow"
sundew in our state (Victoria) so therefore I can be confident of it's
true ID. D. macrantha is/was only applied to the W.A. species, and I
think that there are some differences between the Victorian and W.A.
plants (like peltata?).
