Barry,
Do you have any _Mimulus_ or _Torenia_ ?
There, the stigma is approx. fan-shaped and quite large. The two
stigmatic lobes close quite rapidly after stimulation. The two
Australian genera _Glossostigma_ and _Peplidium_ (also SE AS and AF)
have quite _Pinguicula_-like lower stigma lobes, the upper lobe is
absent, here. These two bend the style just at a point below the stigma
so that upon stimu- lation, the stigma lobe moves upwards to touch the
upper corolla lip (very rapid movement, indeed!).
So try one of these...
