I have just gotten some extensive information on the cultivation of
_Ibicella lutea._ It seems that it has been cultivated in the past as
an ornamental, and this probably accounts for how it escaped into the
U.S. flora. The article I have describes cultivation in detail, including
seed pretreatment and all. I do not recall the reference right now (sorry!!)
but will describe in detail when I get back in July. Cheers
