I found another reference to the O. maculata orchid - the suggested compost
in this book suggests 50/50 Sphagnum moss and Orchid bark. Full shade and
reasonably warm temperatures (above 12C or thereabouts, I think) were also
recommended. The pseudobulbs are about 1.5" round and egg-shaped. That's
about all I can remember...
