Yahoo! - I finally got to see an open flower on my D. spatulata. :-) I
was always at work or out of town when they opened. And this is at the
end of the third set of blossoms it has produced!
I have been collecting seeds from the older set of flowers - it currently
has two sets. Let me know if you are interested in some.
It is great to see all the seedlings coming up from various types of
recently acquired Drosera seeds. Now if I could only get my hands on
some Pinguicula seeds... :-)
I have started using Oakland tap water on my plants since I ran out of
rainwater. I am told that this should be ok for a while. Buying water
was getting expensive. So far, so good - but it has not been long yet.
I do have one pot with live sphagnum that I do not use tap water on.
