pest question

Some of the plants in my office setup aren't looking so hot. They
are less vigorous, as if their strength is being sapped. They also
have little black things on the leaves. I can't see if they have
legs, but I believe they are associated with my problem. It almost
looks like the plants have little specks of black peat on them, but
it's not dirt. They are on several drosera, but my one ping in the
setup seems untouched. Any clues?
