Nepenthes Help!!!

I have a small Nepenthes. It was given to me and I have no
idea what it is, species or hybrid. It's leaves are about
11 mm long and 2.5 mm wide. The pitcher is about 9 mm. from
where the lid attached to the base. It (the pitcher) is
green with a light touch of purple on the lip. There are
two ridges on the front of the cup and they are slightly
rough and have a slight touch of color.

Now to the problem. This evening I noticed the new growth
was stuck down with webbing and there was a dark scale like
creature there. Whatever it is, it doesn't seem to be a
sucking pest, but rather a chewing one. Any ideas? I'm
in a panic. I loosened the web, allowing the new leaf to
be free and swabbed the area with isopropl alcohol. Hope
this wasn't the wrong thing to do.

I keep most of my plants outside.(New Orleans has very few
frosts and when one is predicted I move everything into
my living room.) I don't have the high incidents of pests
that thrive in greenhouse conditions.
