days are truely geting short in the pacific north west and with it
most of my collection is going dormant. a fiew years back this would
really depress me but then i discovered the tuberous Drosera! about the
midde of augest my D. whittakeri broke dormancy. next came the
D.macrantha, this week its the D. auriculata and D. cistiflora. yes i
know the cistiflora isn't tuberous but it is exciting any way. now the
pygmy's are forming gemmae. each day is a new suprise. how are the rest
of the northen hemispheres winter crops doing?
