Charles,
What kind of Nepenthes do you have? Highland? Lowland?
What are the daytime/nightime temperatures in the greenhouse?
Is there a breeze maintained in the greenhouse that the
plants are exposed to? Is the light level high? Is the light
direct or diffused?

I am partial to using sphagnum moss as a potting
medium for Nepenthes. It is light and airy, holds moisture
well without saturating the roots in water. Have you
inspected the roots of the ailing plant? You might want
to check if they're rotting.
