Charles, do you know what the species is? Is it highland (cool
grower) or lowland (hot grower)? Also, what are your conditions
like, and what's changed recently. If the plant was a lowland
it may have just been hanging on in whatever temps you had, and
if it suddenly got colder that may be the problem. Of course
with Nepenthes you also ned to not let the plant stand in water,
and don't let the soil get waterlogg4ed. My mix is much like
yours, but I had some fine orchid bark to keep the mix airy,
1/1/1.
