I belong to a group of plant enthusiasts that is interested
in carnivorous plants. There are many Pinguiculas that are
endemic to Cuba and some of us would like the opportunity
to photograph and study them. Would it be possible for the
Jardin Botanica or the Universidad de Habana to sponsor a
study trip of this nature?
About ten of our group has voiced interest. I am a moderator
of an electronic list that is a discussion list for aroid
enthusiasts. There are many that we would like to photograph
in their native habitat.
If any of our Cuban colleagues would like to join these e-mail
lists the would be very welcome.
