I have all 3 Queensland sundews here at work, in the same
terrarium and the same light. I wasn't getting any dew
either. I grow my D. prolifera in live spaghnum, and had
it standing in water. I got desperate and removed the
pot from the water it was standing in. Within a week or so,
I started getting dew. My conclusion is that D. prolifera
doesn't like being waterlogged.

D. schizandra definately doesn't like being water logged.
I grow it in peat, covered with a layer of live spaghnum.

D. adelae I grow in live spaghnum, and I'm currently having
no-dew problems with it. I've removed it from the water
with no luck. I think it may just need to be repotted.

Mine are in a north facing window. I've seen D schizandra
grow in even less light.

All of them seem to be cool growers. My plants probably
get in the 70's F, with 100% humidity.
