My story is about the same. It is much easier to do a good job of
growing when you have the resources of an adult. I'm also dabbling
in tissue culture and mushroom growing.

I assume you know about Aldrovanda, Nepenthes, Pinguicula, Cephalotus,
Catopsis, Darlingtonia, Triphyophyllum, Byblis, Drosophyllum, Genlisia
and Heliamphora? (in addition to Dionaea, Utricularia, Drosera and
Sarracenia).
