Now for my CP question:
For the last week and a half, we have had perfect Nepenthes germination
weather. It has been a cool 77-79 degrees. Thus, I put my seeds out
on to the front porch where they have been in full sun (well, sun that
has been filtered through a screen). The seeds are now entering their
second week and I am not sure what to do with them in this heat wave.
I have them sitting on top of milled sphagnum with the water level about
half way up the pot (in other words, they are very wet). They receive
direct sunlight for about seven to eight hours a day. Today, I decided
to put a thin layer of peat moss on them to protect them a little.
Should I bring them in? Am I worrying too much? Perhaps the heat is
getting to me?
