Regarding the CITIES regulations, they send them to you when receive an
import permit. If someone is looking for this information, I can provide the
address. I would offer to send you a copy of documents, but as usual it is a
case of government paperkill; why pay $20 or $30 for copying and postage
when the government will do it for free?
