Another web change - Better image access.

I have changed the way images are accessed. Instead of just a little
button in the database record, there is now a short hypertext caption to
describe each picture. Hopefully this will make it easier to decide if
you really want to download an image.

Here's a hint: If you want to browse only the database entries that have
images, set the browser to "show all entries, including synonyms", and
search for the keyword "IMAGE".
