On coming back from holidays guess what I found in my pigeon
hole..
Yes! The ballot papers for the 1995-96 ICPS election to be
returened by the 8th of December. The envelope was post-marked
14th November but must have been put on a slow boat from
China...sorry, The States as I received it 3 months late.
Is this what happened to others who indicated they had not
received their ballots?
