I have found that using a sphagnum peat based mixture, nearly
any CP can be grown in a terrarium (aquarium). You can make a
landscaped jungle deathtrap (fer' bugs anyways). Figure out
where you want what plants to grow, shape the peat to your
specifications then mix in whatever the plants need for healthy
roots _where they will be growing_. In this way, many little
micro-environments be can stuffed into one 20 gallon tank.

P.S. In my limited experience with CP, I noticed that N.
American plants (except Pings.) _don't mind_ stagnant water.
Nepenthes hate sitting in water (maybe N. gracilis), stagnant
or not.
