To be honest, I'm not sure if any of them are self-pollinating.

This can easily be achieved by using a toothpick to tranfer
pollen from the anthers, which are hidden under a flap in the
"throat" of the flower, to the stigma, which is quite visible at
the "mouth" of the flower. There is a good drawing of a cut away
flower in one of the cp books, I think it's Pietropaolo book.
Anyway practice makes perfect.
