Nepenthes seeds do not last for very long if not stored in the fridge
at 4 degrees centigrade. A seedbank (no matter if ICPS or any other
society) can never guarantee for germination as the seed do not look
different when they are dead. Your problem might also be a
temparature problem. Lowland species need high temparatures for
germination and a very humid climate.
