Excellent book - I couldn't bear to be without it. My paperback
copy cost 12.95 UKlb, 3rd reprint (I think,) from 1988. That was
when it was still in print of course. Certainly worth 12.95 (and
more,) but I don't think I'd pay $160 even if I didn't have a copy
already!
