Conservation of Cephalotus

Dear collegues,

I wonder if some of you could send me information on the status of
Cephalotus in the wild. I think especially of our friends in WA.

I'm looking for very recent information on:

- protection level in WA
- size of the wild populations
- is there a good natural regeneration of the populations
- is the habitat of the species threatened (what threats)
- are population located in protected areas
- is there collecting from the wild (legal or illegal)
- are there any figures of export of wild / art. prop specimen from
Australia (can anyone send my a copy of the relevant pages of the
CITES annual report from Australia by fax)
