Everyone with hotlists on their web browsers may wish to note my web
page address is changing. This will effect my personal page, the FAQ page,
and the CITES page. The correct links are now

" " " " /cites/cites.html for the cites document
The up side of this change is that I now have ready web access again so
will be able to update these pages. I see some errors in the FAQ. The
down side is that my new server does not allow cgi-bin access, which
means I CAN'T HAVE PAGE COUNTERS! :(
I will be installing pointers from the heavily trafficked parts of my
old addresses to the new addresses, so you should be able to find my new
pages by following old links.
