FRL>Have any of you tried real human blood?? I HAVE!
FRL>But don't worry, it was my own, dripping off from a
FRL>scratched scab. The Drosera LOVED it! It was then
FRL>that I decided to experiment and found out that they
FRL>also like spit. And why not? After all, enzymes are
FRL>just large proteins!

Gosh, Fernando, I sure hope you don't describe experiments with your other
bodily fluids, this is a family conference afterall! :-)

CT>Just thought I'd share this with you. Today, while looking
CT>in on my D.rotundifolia pot (they're finally sending up flower
CT>stalks!), I noticed a small, white bug, an aphid!!!(...)Well, the
CT>rest is kind of gruesome, but to say the least, my Drosera
CT>are now aphid free and enjoying a well deserved meal!

Be careful Chris, aphids don't usually show up by themselves, keep on the
lookout for its kinfolk, make sure you check the undersides of all your plant
leaves, you'd be amazed at how fast an aphid population can explode.

Demetrios
