I grow D.montana var. roraimensis, whether or not this is the same as
D.roraimae, I do not know, but the plant in the photo looks v. similar. They
are probably the easiest Drosera I have ever tried to germinate, sometimes
within four/five days, even with seed over three years old.

As for the Nepenthes, isn't N.reinwardtiana a relatively slow grower??
N. maxima is a very good choice, and if you are after vigour, though hard to
come by, I should imagine, N.rhombicaulis grows like bamboo, well, almost...
N.gracillima is another which, when it decides to climb out of its rosette
stage, will make a very showy, attractive species with its near black pitcher
s.
Does anyone here cultivate the form of N.macfarlaneii which has creamy,
otherwise colourless upper pitchers? I saw a photo of it in one of my books
on Malaysian flora and it looks extremely beautiful.
Best wishes,
Alastair.
