Schnell's 'Carnivorous Plants of the United States and Canada' shows
Sarracenia purpurea in eastern Minnesota, Drosera rotundifolia throughout the
state, Drosera anglica in the northern part, Drosera intermedia just edging
in along the Mississippi, Pinguicula vulgaris in the northeastern corner.
He has no maps for Utricularia, but mentions U. purpurea, U. cornuta, possibly
U. macrorhiza ('suitable scattered locations throughout the prairie states'),
probably U. intermedia and U. ochroleuca ('northeastern quadrant of the
United States'). Several other Utricularia are mentioned in reference to
the 'northeastern' U.S., but whether this extends as far west as Minnesota is
not clear.
