A real greenhouse usually has an advanatage of providing better light
than any window-sill. Putting a tiny 'greenhouse' on a window-sill
would increase the humidity, but *decrease* the light, and might be
liable to overheat the plants. If your plants are growing
satisfactorily, then don't worry. Personally, I haven't yet bothered
with lights, but people without access to sunlight might need them.
Do you succeed with Nepenthes? I still treat this genus with some
awe, though I am coming to believe that N. alata is a 'weed', and if
any of the other ones I am trying show similar durability, then I
might lose my respect for the genus.

As for seeds, perhaps there are specialist sources, but I have grown
CP seed from Chiltern Seeds, and Rowlands, both in the UK. Both of
these have a few CPs among a more general list. Your best source
would probably be other growers (on this list perhaps) with seeds to
spare. Perhaps I'll be offering Darlingtonia seeds again later in the
year - flowers are just developing on the two plants.
