I ordered Superthrive from Mellinger's last year. It was delivered
to a US address(Iwas on holiday) but I am sure they would be able
to deliver to a European one for the few extra shillings. I haven't
actually tried it on my cp's yet.

I can't remember the price of it but it isn't outrageous,
