If you want a terrarium that size, why not use a glass aquarium?
You can mount fluorescent tubes above it if it's relying on
artificial light - plain white 'shop' lights seem entirely
satisfactory for my S.American tank containing half a dozen
or so Heliamphoras, assorted Drosera, Utrics, Genlisea and
Brocchinia.
It probably wouldn't work out much cheaper to make it than to
buy one - mine is about that size, and cost L35 ($55-ish.)
If you can fit it in industrial type shelving (or even sturdy
domestic type, but bear in mind these things are *heavy* when
they're full of peat and water!) you could mount the lamps on the
underside of the shelf above, and use the shelf for heated
propagation or really tropical species.
I've actually hung my striplights (4X30W) on 2 metal rods pushed
through the mounting holes in the corner uprights, so I can raise
or lower them to adjust light levels/accomodate tall growing plants
as they grow. If you grow shade-loving Utrics etc., you can shade
one end of the tank with mesh and scoop out a pool or two (which
helps you keep track of the water table.)

Hope this helps,

Peter
