B. liniflora is definitely an annual. You can try to struggle to keep it
going through the winter under artificial light but it's hardly worth it.
It's pretty easy to grow from seed and if left to seed in other pots will
readily come up all on it's own in the spring - as evidenced in my own
greenhouse.
