grafting

Hello, everyone!I'm a CPer from Singapore.
I remembered in one of the issues that someone mentioned grafting to make
Nepenthes bushy or something like that.The problem is, I don't know how to
graft.Is it the same as grafting trees?
Anyway, I also grow orchids, and I was wondering why people do not give
awards to CPs, like orchids?
Maybe one day, there may be a "Best CP Award"!
